I have to admit that this tutorial is really amazing. Reading your post and watching these videos I have learned many useful things on Adobe After Effects. The tutorial is really informative. We use FLASH for all videos to be displayed on the web, mainly because 90% of web browsers support FLASH. Just like to add that FFMPEG is great and would also recommend MPEG streamclip
